MiseTings "Coldsnap" Competition - Winner Announcement

Coldsnap Competition
At last, the MiseTings Coldsnap article competition has come to an end. The competition was announced a little earlier than usual, about a month before the actual release of the set. Submissions were accepted until July 21, with some particularly excellent articles sent in during the last week of competition. While many articles, as expected, focused on the unique history of Cold Snap and the Ice Age block, others, including the eventual winner, did not.

For the thousands of players and fans of Magic: the Gathering Online II, version 3.0 is one of the most highly anticipated games in development, along with Halo 3, Final Fantasy XIII, Metal Gear Solid 4, and Duke Nukem Forever. Oh, and that new Zelda game too. But today, I have the honor of introducing a sister project to MTGO III which may well raise even more excitement – Magic Online Special Edition.
