Faith rocked on Angel. Not so much on Buffy.
I'm sorry, but the past two years, Angel has been by far the superior show. Heck, the Angel writers even write Willow better than the buffy writers do.

Angel has sucked this passed season, but you're right, it's still been better than Buffy. Buffy's been on a downward spiral since season 3. The last season of Buffy that I consider good was season 5, the Glory season. These passed two have been sub-par at best.
And I'm still wondering where the third Slayer is!?

Agreed, except that season 5 was a bit better than season 4. And of course, there have been good eps in both of these seasons - Conversations with Dead People, Dead Things, etc. And Tabula Rasa was just entertaining.
Yes, you probably are the only person who is wondering about the third slayer, since, as joss has pointed out, the slayer is a line. The next rung was activated when buffy died the first time, summoning Kendra.
I miss Kendra.
I also miss Firefly.

I arrived at the same conclusion via a different route. I found, in general, a mid-thigh length plaid wool skirt to be attractive. Later I realized it was typically part of school-girl uniforms and that a whole genre of entertainment for perverts existed based upon the same imagery, and then I felt like a dirty old man, even though I was only like 25 at the time. I was just infatuated with this chick on (college) campus who dressed like that (and who had, I might add, a much better body for the outfit than some damn kid). Now, it's even worse since I managed to hook up with the chick and she and I ended on nasty terms later on and now she's in the "one who got away that would be a severe temptation if she ever showed up again" category. So anyway, I find that sort of thing to be appealing.

Yep. That's true. Many impressionable young people (male and female) will spend the bulk of their lives utterly obsessed with their looks and they will die wasted plasticized wretches, and it is very sad. But, they would probably do so with or without ridiculous magazines like FHM.
I have never looked like any man in any magazine (aside from maybe Gut Boy Monthly or something). I used to be in pretty good shape though, before I got computer jobs and sat around all the time...which was after I'd been run through many woman-shaped wringers. But, I'm gradually getting back in shape...What am I talking about?

I tend to like women who say things like Lucky Donut just did, which usually means that they feel that they do not meet the false standards presented in the magazines, which means they usually do not take MY looks too seriously, nor their own, which in general means that they both have a brain and that they can appreciate mine, in theory, and that we will actually be able to have a relationship that involves more than body parts, etc.

I'm currently majoring in art at the University of Houston, but that's only temporary. After I get through the core curriculum here I'll be going...somewhere else. Not sure where. Just need to find some great art school that isn't too far away.

Honestly? I don't know. I think I'm in denial about the possibility that I may have to move somewhere where I'm completely lost and alone. I'd love to go to UA, but I just don't know how my parents would feel about that. I've been undecided for so long, but now it's getting to the time when I need to start seriously narrowing it down. But... I still don't know.
