People across the globe have been wondering why Kai Budde has not appeared at any Grand Prix events recently. Is he done with the game, has he made enough money for now, or has he been busy with something else? It would be hard to believe a jolly fellow like Kai would up and quit Magic. Ever since he dyed his hair white though, no one is sure what to believe.

A conversation was overheard on IRC between Kai and his friend Marco Blume where Marco asked “Dude, why the hell do you wear that silly red hat everywhere?” Kai only responded “It’s gonna be the hot new style here in germany, ho ho ho…I mean ha ha.”

Kai’s family is said to be worried for him as he has been gorging himself on Milk and Cookies since the beginning of the month and has been spending all his free time with a group of midgets who seem to adore him.

Kai has also been overheard telling all the DCI employees to be fair with their rulings or he’ll put them all on the “naughty” list with Trey, Dave and Mike. Jeff Donais was highly confused by this statement but was quickly distracted when Kai offered everyone a plate of sugarplums.
