Colony Residents Attempt to Vote Each Other Out

By: slanter - February 14, 2002

Confusion was the word of the day shortly after the launch of Magic Colony. Although on the surface the participants appeared to be working towards the OBC goal, in secret alliances and voting blocs immediately began to form.

Believed to be the first to start the maneuvering was Chris Benafel, who grabbed PTR under the guise of 'plotting more shit against Wise.' In fact, they laid out plans to get veteran Terry Tsang kicked out quickly.

Tsang expected to be an early target, and so arranged a 'Canadian Solidarity' bloc with Fung and Cunningham to counter. They tried to pull in Brett Shears, but Brett proclaimed he had a fool-proof strategy involving voting alphabetically. Nobody had the heart to tell him Brett came first alphabetically.

The final machinations fell into place as the first week drew to a close, with Ken Ho looking like he had a large bullseye on his shirt. The players convened bearing symbolic Bic lighters, and started the voting.

The ceremony was interrupted by One Man Crowd Josh Bennett, who after laughing his ass off told the players that nobody was getting kicked out. An enraged PTR tried to punch out Bennett, but was thwarted by Bennett's impenetrable Afro Shield.
