10 Commandments of Magic
In leiu of something interesting, I have devised a method in which to deploy wisdom. Here is a list of ten commandments that every Magic player should follow. Actually, anyone worth their head probably already does, but there are some out there still hidden in shadow...
1. Thou shalt not cast Fact or Fiction during your main phase.
2. Thou shalt not forget that certain spells are sorceries are not to be played during an opponent's turn.
3. Thou shalt not make decks in excess of 250 cards. Not only do such decks take a bloody long time to shuffle, but the risk of the library toppling over is too high and could warrent the cheating of various players by looking at the cards in your library.
4. Thou shalt not whine while playing Magic. Ever.
5. Thou shalt not sell your Shadowmage Infiltraitor. Except to me, in which case thou shalt lower the price to $0.50.
6. Thou shalt mise often.
7. Thou shalt not envy your opponent's cards.
8. Thou shalt not shout BEATDOWN! every time thou dealst 1 damage.
9. Thou shalt not ever use Shaharazad in your deck. Any who does should have Benalish Heroes forced into their nasal passages. The punishment should be doubled for every extra player in the game.
10 Thou shalt not eat Magic Cards, even if they are White Wards or Walls of Vapor.
