AFP - A defiant Saddam Hussein vowed Wednesday in a speech to mark the 34th anniversary of the coup that brought his Baath Party to power that reigning Australian National Champion and iconic figure Justin West would never defeat him.

Former Brainburst Premium Strategy Writer and WiCkEd RaVeR Jarrod Bright seemed doubtful of Hussein's chances of overcoming West, calling attention to the Iraqi leader's unorthodox card choices for such an important match.

"I just don't see Oppression, Trenches, Jihad, Aggression, Conviction and Nether Spirit working together, you know? I don't see an ENGINE there. Its no Braids engine, thats for sure", Bright remarked. "I'm not sure what the current Iraqi metagame is like, but if its anything like Perth, where we have at least 4 players to every constructed tournament Mr Hussein is going to need to become less reliant on enchantments, and start thinking about including more strong creatures.
