Bin Laden Using Shady Tactics to Phase Himself Out

By: netrunner27 - October 09, 2002

BAGRAM, Afghanistan -- Earlier this week, it was revealed to the public that Osama Bin Laden phased out during his last end step.

The reassuring news, however, is that while he may not be interfered with right now, the rules of phasing say that his coming-into-play ability will not go on the stack, disallowing another dreaded attack. He will also come into play tapped, further reducing his effectiveness.

The absence of Osama has left Afghanistan with very few defensive resources left at their disposal, relegating their defensive stance to "no blocks" status.

Bush apologized for not leaving sufficient Blue untapped to prevent the incident, but maintains that he "thought Force [of Will] was still legal". Bush also added that he would be using the time to "Mise some savage beats! Tap five, Overrun, swing with the team!"
