Christmas. It's the season of giving. Well, crap, I guess that means it's time to give away some stuff. We don't have a lot of fabulous prizes here at Fort Tings but there are some Mirrodin boosters laying around. . .

Ok, here's the deal. For the next five articles that we publish on MiseTings, we will send a special Christmas present to the author. All you have to do is submit a MiseTings article and if it is one of the next five articles published we will send you a Mirrodin draft set (that's 3 fabulous booster packs).

Well, what did you expect? Airfare to Norway and a hot date with Eivind Nitter?

Rules:

1) This isn't a competition. "Winners" won't necessarily be those articles with the highest quality, rather they will be those lucky enough to have their article posted within the promotion period.
2) Only the next five published articles are eligible. Even if you aren't a "winner" we may still post your article at a later date, which is certainly something to be proud of, but outside of the fame and glory associated with getting published on MiseTings there is no other award.
3) Each prize is 3 Mirrodin booster packs. Prizes will only be sent to USA addresses (sorry rest-of-the-world!). Cash will not be awarded.
4) The article must be exclusive – I don’t know why you would want to submit your work to ANYWHERE else, but if you do then it will not be eligible for this promotion.
5) Anonymous submissions are ineligible – just make an account, it’s not hard. ;)
6) Prizes will not be sent until after the promotion is over.

Tips:

1) Humor good. Senseless derogatory remarks bad.
2) The further you stray from reality, the further the reader’s interest strays as well.
3) Picture = 1000 words. If you can find or create a suitable image, it will further the effectiveness of the article.
